Crystal completed her bachelor of Nursing in 2008 and worked in Dandenong hospital to complete her graduate year then at Warragul Hospital in their High Dependancy Unit until its closure.
She then transitioned to the busy, vastly growing emergency department where she remained permanent staff until 2015. With three young children the pace changed to community nursing for added flexability. District nurse was a totally different experience for Crystal. Seeing the other side of what happens after patients are discharged and what challenges they face. It was very rewarding but when he husband asked her to move over to his building business in 2019 to help him expand from 2 homes a year to 5, she relished the challenge. With no business accume, she took business management courses, went to training days and learnt how to read construction plans and schedule a build. In 2022, to longed to go back to her roots but knew hospital nursing was no longer her passion. Cosmetic Nursing called.

After completing her Advanced Certificate of Cosmetic Injectables in March 2022, Crystal was personally invited to join her trainer’s exclusive clinic in Phillip Island, where she gained extensive hands-on experience across a range of professional aesthetic treatments. Her training encompassed IPL therapies — including tattoo removal, pigment and vascular correction, photo rejuvenation, and carbon facials — as well as chemical peels, facials, LED therapy, and advanced skin science techniques. Building on this foundation, Crystal went on to manage a prestigious skin clinic on the Mornington Peninsula, refining her expertise in laser hair removal, laser toning, acne management, pigmentation and vascular therapies, iontophoresis, sonophoresis, and clinical-grade skin rejuvenation. In 2023 Crystal started her own business, where she continues to elevate her craft and deliver transformative results.
